Lesson 030 − Capricorn

Lesson 030 − Capricorn
The Atonement − Enduring Forever
Review of the Pattern:  He who is, He who was, and He who is to come.
“Their line is gone out through all the earth and their words to the end of the world.  In them has He set a tabernacle for the sun” (Psalm 19:4).  The sun’s path and the specific placement of the luminaries reveal the order of the Eternal Covenant arranged and done in eternity.
Libra in eternityHe who is, is the Transaction of Propitiation.
VirgoHe who was, is the Seed of the woman, the Son given.
LeoHe who is to come, is the King.
(Repeat of the pattern - He who is, He who was, and He who is to come)
CancerHe who is, is the One who holds or shelters and is the Transaction of Propitiation (Libra).
Gemini He who was, is the betrothed Beloved, who is the Seed of the woman the Son given (Virgo).
TaurusHe who is to come, is the Servant of Jehovah, who is the King (Leo).
(Repeat of the pattern – He who is, He who was, and He who is to come)
Aries He who is, is the gentle merciful Lamb, who is the One who holds or shelters (Cancer) and is the Transaction of Propitiation (Libra).
PiscesHe who was, is the bridle, the reins of Love, the betrothed Beloved (Gemini), the Seed of the woman, the Son given (Virgo).
Aquarius – He who is to come is the Record of the Pouring Out, who is the Coming Ruler (Taurus), the King (Leo).
(Repeat of the pattern – He who is, He who was, and He who is to come)
CapricornHe who is, is the Atonement, who is the gentle merciful Lamb, the One who holds or shelters (Cancer) and the Transaction of Propitiation (Libra).
Review of Aquarius
In the new kingdom, all are separated unto God, as the first man and woman were “alone” with God in the Garden of Eden; only the Word of God will be taught with no “outside” distractions to draw man away from God proving that at the heart of the issue is the issue of the heart.
The restrictive bridle (“The Band,” the first decan in Pisces) is no more; neither are there two fishes; rather, one very large fish is pictured in the star chart drawing because the “Crowned King” (Pisces) has His kingdom.  Although Israel will not be the only nation in the kingdom, only one Sovereign will rule.  His power will not be by brutal force as the man of lawlessness; His “enforcement” will be Love.
The righteousness and justice of the Eternal God governs through the reins of Love.  False teaching will not exist.  For each man entering the kingdom of God based on the peace treaty offered and for each son of humanity born during the kingdom reign will be the proving of the heart of his own lawlessness.  Will each man receive the Life eternal offered in the “Record of the Pouring Out” of the “Exalted Water-Man”?  One must receive the Life eternal offered in the covenant Son to enter the kingdom of God.  One must choose to be born a son of God (John 3:3).
Capricorn
The signs of Gemini, Taurus and Aries present different aspects of the beginning of the kingdom reign.  When linked together, they give a more detailed and more complete picture of the kingdom.  Likewise, the trilogy of Capricorn, Sagittarius and Scorpio reveal the events leading up to the end of the kingdom age and reveal the events entering the time-period of “everlasting.”
In January, the sun is “tabernacling” or dwelling in Capricorn; the sun is in the direction of Capricorn.  The four evening luminaries in the heavens are Leo − He who is to come, the King; Cancer − He who is, the One who Holds or Shelters; Gemini − He who was, the Betrothed Beloved; Taurus − He who is to come, the Servant of Jehovah.  From God’s position as designer of the covenant, Capricorn is the tenth sign from Libra

As with the numbers three (Leo) and seven (Aries), ten (Capricorn) is one of the perfect numbers and signifies the perfection of divine order, commencing an altogether new series of numbers or events.
The numerical order of the constellations has purpose in God’s covenant.  As previously stated, the number nine (Aquarius), speaks of the conclusion of the matter and is the last of the digits and thus marks an end.  The number ten implies that nothing is wanting; the number and order are perfect; the cycle is complete.  The message of the sign Capricorn perfectly expresses both the definition of the number − the cycle is complete and “how” it is that the end of the age has come.  The everlasting kingdom now enters eternity – time is no more.
Capricorn’s message is more abstruse then some of the other signs because this sign is connected to the prophetic revelation of the conclusion of the Eternal Covenant.
At the end of the thousand-year reign, He who is Life Eternal − Spirit Being of Deity, will have that which He purposed in eternity past (Libra), man in His image after His likeness, His sons.  God’s kingdom is sons only - men in the flesh are no more.  It is a kingdom filled with sons born of the incorruptible Seed.  It is done − a kingdom of priests.  God’s Eternal Covenant with Himself is fulfilled.
In the star chart drawings of the heavens, three constellations are without a human figure – without a drawing that figures the Son of the covenant.  They are Leo the Lion − He who is to come, the King; Cancer the Crab - He who is, the One who holds or shelters and Capricorn the goat, He who is, the Atonement.

The number three stands for that which is solid, real, complete and entire.  Three is the first of four perfect numbers.  (Seven stands for spiritual perfection; ten stands for ordinal perfection; and twelve stands for governmental perfection.)  God’s primary attributes are three:  omniscience, omnipresence and omnipotence.  The number three speaks of reproduction and resurrection.  Thus, within each of the three signs, the three constellations without a human figure signify that God, Spirit Being of Deity, is all in all.
The Covenant is God’s - He has done that which He purposed; it is finished; it is done.
In the Levitical offerings, the goat was the sacrificial animal used as the sin offering (Leviticus 9:1-3; 10:16-17; 16:1-34).  In the Levitical offerings, the goat represents the coming covenant Son as the sin-bearer and the sin offering that bears the sin of the whole world on His body.
During the thousand-year kingdom reign, only two of the seven feasts of Jehovah that commemorate the Son of the covenant will be practiced.  All flesh will come to worship before the LORD (Isaiah 66:22-23) celebrating the memorial feasts of the covenant Son.  These feasts will include Passover with the Unleavened Bread in the spring and the Feast of Tabernacles in the fall (Ezekiel 45:21-25).
The Feast of First Fruits (spring), Pentecost (summer), Trumpets and the Day of Atonement (fall) will not be celebrated in the kingdom age because they will have been fulfilled.
Although the Feast of Passover is fulfilled, it is celebrated during the kingdom age as a testament to the truth that the birthed Son offered His body a sacrifice for sin as the Lamb of God; unless one eats His flesh and drinks His blood, one will not have Life eternal.  It is the unleavened bread of heaven − the Begotten Son that man must “eat” for Life Eternal.  The unleavened bread – the covenant Son is the only bread that satisfies both God and man.
Many sons of humanity will be born during the thousand-year reign and they will need Life Eternal to become a son of God.  To as many as believe and receive the gift of the Son pictured to them in the celebratory feasts will He give the power to become His sons (John 1:12).
They will tabernacle – make their home in the kingdom of God.  Thus, the significance of the two feasts of Jehovah that are celebrated during the kingdom reign is seen.  God never does anything without purpose or design.
At the conclusion of the Eternal Covenant when God has His kingdom of sons only – when men in the flesh are no more, there will be no need for the remaining memorial celebrations for He who is, He who was, and He who is to come.  God, Spirit Being of Deity, Life Eternal has His sons.  God has man in His image after His likeness; it is done – God has His earthly kingdom of priests.
The star chart drawing of Capricorn pictures a goat with a fish tail.  The goat’s head is bowed as though slain while the tail of the fish is fit and vigorous looking.  As with the winged horse, “Pegasus” of Aquarius, Capricorn could be considered mythical, because goats do not have fish tails.  However, the star names alongside the star chart drawing give a clear understanding of the message of the sign, and the sign cannot be considered mythical.
Names of the stellar sign Capricorn
“The Kid or Goat”
“The Station of Bearing” [or the Place of Birth]
Star names identified with Capricorn:
“The Kid or Goat,” [The brightest star is in the left horn.]
“The Lord”
“Judge”
“Sacrifice Cometh”
“The Sacrifice Slain”
“The Record of the Cutting Off”

The tenth stellar sign, Capricorn, reveals a new series of events in the everlasting kingdom; everlasting enters eternity.  The tail of the fish signifies this event.  The life for the sea of humanity is made possible because of the offering of the goat.

“Sagitta” is the name of first decan
“The Arrow, Destroying”

Star names identified with “Sagitta”:
The only star name preserved – “The Arrow”

The first decan, “Sagitta” is a small constellation of eighteen stars that depicts a single flying arrow soaring through the heavens shot from the bow of God.  The Hebrew name for this constellation is Destroying.  The arrow of God’s justice – righteousness, destroys the power of sin and abolishes the last enemy death through “The Wounded” “Aquila,” the second decan.
“Aquila” is the name of the second decan:
“The Wounded”

Star names identified with “Aquila”:
“The Wounding”
“The Bright or The Scarlet” [located in the throat]
“Piercing”
“Wounded in the Heel” [located in the tail]
“Falling”

In the star chart drawing, “Aquila” is an eagle.  The eagle, as the king of the birds, represents the government of God.  The head of the eagle in the star chart drawing is downward toward the ecliptic path away from the center of the heavens from where it flies.
The three stars names, “Piercing,” “Wounded” and “Falling,” signify the physical condition of the eagle, along with the star located in the throat of the bird.  The Hebrew meaning of the star in the throat is Bright and is from a root word meaning red colored giving the idea of bloodshed.  The same word is used of the scarlet thread that Rahab (Joshua 2:11-13) hung on the wall of Jericho to mark her house (Joshua 2:18).
The eagle is a bird of prey with extremely large pupils that ensures minimal scattering of incoming light.  With this keen eyesight, the eagle is able to spot its prey from a great distance.  The average eagle measures 3 feet in length and has a wingspan of 7 feet.  The eagle is a fierce hunter because of its strong muscular legs and powerful talons (the size of a man’s fist) that clutch the prey.  The eagle has a large hooked beak for tearing the flesh of its prey.
A common characteristic among birds of prey is that they look over their shoulders before striking or shortly thereafter.  Predation is a two-edged sword.  This characteristic does not connect well with the chart drawing of the fallen eagle; it is highly unlikely that the eagle would become the prey of another.  Thus, the piercing wound from the arrow of God’s justice is understood to be voluntary on the part of the King of heaven before He came to earth – in eternity past.
Without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sin.  Jesus, the King of heaven, birthed on earth in the likeness of man, was Cut Off.”  He is “The Lord,” “Judge,” and “The Sacrifice Slain” (star names in Capricorn).
The arrow and eagle point to the government of God and His justice requires the death of His birthed Son.  Jesus, “The Mediator” between God and man, is the negotiator.  He is “the Atonement” (Capricorn, the goat).  His death met the requirements of God’s justice.
God is other than His creation.  His was a voluntary service of Love.  He stepped out of eternity (the eagle, “Aquila”) and into time (Capricorn, the goat) and took upon Himself the likeness of the man He fashioned.
“Cut Off,” “The Sacrifice Slain” (star names in Capricorn) − the goat, the Atonement made by the arrow of God’s justice is the “eagle,” the King of the heavens, the pierced and “wounded one” (“Aquila” star name).
His body of flesh – “the Atonement” was “The Station of Bearing” [or the Place of Birth] (Capricorn stellar names) where God and man could unite – “the propitiation” (Libra) – the meeting place (Romans 6).  He is the voluntary offering that is raised the first begotten from the dead; He is the first begotten Son of God.  He is the first Son of many sons; He is the dolphin “Delphinus.”
The tail of the fish in the star chart drawing of the goat pictures this and points to the third decan, “Delphinus.”  The tail is the end!
The last or third decan is “Delphinus.”  Star names identified with “Delphinus” are:
“Pouring Out of Water”
“Coming Quickly”
“Swift”
“Swiftly Running”
In the star chart drawing, “Delphinus” pictures a vigorous fish leaping upward, exuberant and dynamic in energy.  A dolphin is a fish of a different kind.  The Greek name Delphinus means “womb.”  The most ancient of star charts shows a fish that is named in hieroglyphics, “The Longed For, a Multitude, Fish, or Hoped For.”
Dolphins have acute eyesight, hearing and sense of touch.  They are exceedingly intelligent mammals and extremely friendly.  Their brain is large and highly complex.  Happy by nature, playing is an important part of their culture; they have strong social bonds and stay with an injured or ill companion to help them breathe when necessary.  The dolphin tolerates and recovers from extreme injuries.  The healing process is rapid even from very deep wounds.  Perhaps the most important characteristic of the dolphin in comparing the star drawing with the natural is the union of a dolphin with his mate.
The union is belly to belly and unlike other mammals, the birth of a dolphin is tail first.  Belly to belly conveys a face-to-face encounter.  Face to face is personal, intimate and relational - loving, rather than animal or beastly.
The coupling of the last two decans, “Aquila” the eagle and “Delphinus” the dolphin, emphasizes the destruction of the power of the sin and death by the king (of the birds) of God’s government (the eagle) and the abolishing of the last enemy – death by the Life of the covenant Son (the dolphin).
The goal is accomplished!  God has His kingdom of sons in His image after His likeness.  The transaction/contract of the eternal covenant for sons of God pictured in the sign of Libra in eternity past is complete − brought to its expected end in Capricorn.
God offers man propitiation (a meeting place) – “The Price Which Covers”Life Eternal for “The Price Which is Deficient (a body of flesh).  The Price Which Covers” is the resurrected body of the Son of God.  Life Eternal has “Swept Away” that which is deficient and “Covers”; Heaped Up High” is the glory of the resurrected body.
Man needs a “Mediator.”  A Mediator is an arbitrator for legal counsel.  God would send the mediator, the man Christ Jesus in the likeness of man in a flesh body of humanity so that man might unite himself to God.
Hence expressed in the playful dolphin is the conclusion of God’s loving relationship with man [His Eternal Covenant].  In the end, after time ceases and eternity is, fullness of joy fills God’s kingdom of sons, which is a kingdom of peace and righteousness – an everlasting kingdom – a kingdom without end.
